I'm Jess, your new dietitian bestie. I love pizza, listening to podcasts, and the color pink. I am the momma of 2 little boys and I'll be the first to join you over a glass of vino to talk truth about motherhood & nutrition. 

No BS here. If you're looking for someone trustworthy & honest to shoot you straight on why the dieting & food rules aren't working for you, I'm your girl. 

I've battled (and overcome) infatuation with calorie counting, hitting the gym multiple times a day, weighing myself daily and feeling like total sh*t about my body, especially after my first son was born. To be real, it's still a regular effort to squash the diet-culture self-talk in my head.

 

And spoiler alert: Change isn't easy, but you and I are meant for so much more than relentlessly trying to shrink ourselves to match the unrealistic expectations that diet culture has dumped on us.​ Freeing yourself from dieting & restriction is a long-game.

With expertise in weight management and intuitive eating, I offer holistic care grounded in experience, compassion, science, and a determination to get you results. As a board-certified nutrition expert and a mother of two, I've helped countless clients conquer their nutrition anxieties and regain self-confidence around food.
