One that allows you to navigate the chaos of motherhood with a sense of balance and confidence; one that empowers you to lead by example and teach your children to have a healthy relationship with food as you heal your own.

It's time to change the narrative

You deserve clear expectations. Fill out a quick form and then grab 15 minutes with me during morning coffee or after the kids are in bed. We'll go over program options, what to expect, and how your life can change for the better. No obligations & no pressure. It will also allow us to see if we're a good match!

It all starts with a 15 minute call

 

 

If we're a good fit, the next step will be selecting a signature program or session-by-session approach. If you opt to get the most bang for your buck with one of the program options, we'll meet every 2 weeks for 3 months to help you start your journey towards food freedom & a positive mindset shift. You'll set goals that fit your lifestyle, too (it's okay if you want to lose weight! But, that will not be the only focus).

Nutrition Assessment & Sessions

 

 

If you opt for the All The Things program, you and I will go through your pantry together to optimize choices and demystify reading labels. You can swap this for another 1-hour counseling session instead if you'd like. And, as a jumping-off point, you'll also receive a meal plan created specifically for you!
